Murray J. Zweig is the founder and president of Stylebuilt Construction, Inc. Raised in Chicago, he moved to South Florida after graduating from Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1981. Mr. Zweig is a State of Florida Licensed Building Contractor (CBC045225).

With over twenty years experience in the construction industry, Mr. Zweig has been involved in a multitude of projects including ground up commercial buildings, office and retail build-outs, restaurants, shopping centers, commercial building renovations, warehouses, ADA renovations, multi-family housing developments, custom residences, and residential additions and renovations.  Mr. Zweig has consulted in many areas of construction and development including site selection, cost analysis, planning & zoning related issues and ADA compliance.

Mr. Zweig founded Stylebuilt Construction in 1988. Mr. Zweig as CEO and President of   Stylebuilt has serviced local, regional and national clients, many of which are still clients today – almost twenty years later.

In addition to Mr. Zweig’s construction and development career, he has been an active member of his community in Parkland, Florida where he and his family have resided for the past fifteen years. He has been a member of the City of Parkland’s Planning & Zoning Board for eight consecutive years. He also is a member of the Friends of the Parkland Library’s “Pave the Way to Reading” committee. Prior to being appointed to his current position on the Planning & Zoning Board, Mr. Zweig served as a member of the City of Parkland’s Board of Adjustment for four years. Mr. Zweig has participated as a member of the Broward County School Board Facilities Task Force Committee, Children’s Services Council of Broward County, and HOPE: Housing Opportunities Project for Excellence.

Mr. Zweig also participated in the construction of Parkland’s community built Liberty Park and consulted in the reconstruction efforts of Broward County’s Girl Scout Camp Telogia after it was destroyed in 2005 during Hurricane Wilma. In 2004 Mr. Zweig donated the design and build out of “Becca’s Closet”  at the Festival Marketplace in Pompano Beach.

In the spring of 2006, Mr. Zweig and the staff of Stylebuilt Construction had the privilege of participating in an episode of ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition (Big Mama’s House) filmed in Ft. Lauderdale. 

Mr. Zweig is committed to his profession and community. He has built Stylebuilt with a team of professionals that he is proud of. His hands-on and team approach to each project has earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry and with his clients.
